Day 01: Arrival at Bhubaneswar airport

Upon arrival at Bhubaneswar airport, you will meet with our airport representative, who will assist you from the Airport to your pre-booked hotel and he will also brief you about your tour. Later if time allows you, you can follow the half day city tour including the famous temples like Rajarani, Mukteswar, and Brahmesar and Lingaraj.
Rajarani Temple is one of the most renowned and famous temples located near to Lingaraja Temple and it is maintained by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI). It was built in the 11th century and dedicated to Lord Shiva. Rajarani temple also called a love temple, because it contains the erotic carvings of couples and women.
Next visit to Mukteshwara temples which is also dedicated to Lord Shiva and it was built in the 10th century by the king of Somavamshi Dynasty. It is famous for its Kalinga style of architecture. Then you will be taken to Lingraja and Brahmesar temple, which was built in the 11th Century. It has been described as one of the finest examples of pure Hindu Temple. This temple is divided into four major parts, The Garba Griha (main sanctum), the hall of prayers, the hall of music and dance, the Bhoga (where devotees can get the Prasad of the Lord)
After visiting these temples come back to the hotel.

Day 02: Bhubaneswar – City Tour

Post breakfast you will follow the full day city tour.
First, you will be taken Nandankanan Zoo, which is famous for its white Tiger. It is also the first zoo in the world to breed the white tiger. Here you can also visit Botanical garden and Aquarium. Then head to Tribal Museum, which was established in 1953. As we know Orisha has over 60 tribal communities and this museum contains and display different tribal costumes, jewelry, art, household, music instruments, and many more items. There are many shops at the museum premises where you can buy souvenirs and local handicrafts.
Later you will be taken to Khandagir and Udaipur caves, which is known for its Jain caves. These caves are located on tow adjacent hills called Udaygiri and Khandagiri. It is said that these caves were carved out as residential blocks of Jain monks. Here you will find 18 caves in Udaygiri hill and 15 caves in Khandagiri hill.
The Rani Gupha is the largest Gupha as it is two-storied. These caves contain beautiful sculptures of dancing women, royal entourage, and musical instruments. Here you will find different sculptures and inscribed in every cave.
Museum and Zoo closed on every Monday.

Day 03: Bhubaneswar - Olasingh – Gopalpur by road (190kms/ 4-5hrs approx. )

Post breakfast you will check-out from your hotel and drive by road to Gopalpur, on the way you will be visiting Olasingh Textile village.
Olasingh village is a quaint little village, which is famous for its textile and weavers. It is also popular for Tiger mask dance. Here you will explore the local village by walking and first you will be taken to the local handloom unit. Here you can buy traditional saris, bed cover table linen, and other home decorating products. Here you will interact with local people and weavers. A short demonstration tour will give more information about their life and work.
Later continue to drive by road to Gopalpur. Gopalpur is an ancient commercial port and it was used for trading to southeast Aisa country like Burma (Myanmar). Now it is famous for its beach and the annual Gopalpur beach festival is held here.
On arrival, you will check-in your hotel and relax or you can explore the Gopalpur beach.

Day 04 - Gopalpur – Taptapani – Saura tribal – Rayagada by road (230kms/ 6-7hrs approx.)

Post breakfast you will check-out from your hotel and en-route you will be visiting Tatapani, which is hot sulphuric spring. It is believed that taking a bath in this water can cure your skin disease.
Later drive continue to Rayagada and en-route visit Saura Tribal village. It is a prominent tribal community of Orishha and Andra Pradesh. They speak Sora and Munda language and they practice shifting cultivation. They build their house with mud walls with grass roofs. Here you will interact with local people of the Saura tribe and will know more about their lifestyles, cultures, and work.
On arrival, you will check-in your hotel Rayagada.

Day 05: Rayagada - Bisamkatak – Rayagada by road (50kms/2hrs)

Post breakfast will have a full day excursion tour of Bisamkatak which is around 50kms north from Rayagada. Here you will visit the market of Desai Kondh ( Please note this market starts only on Tuesday). Here you will see local tribal people came here to purchase the vegetable, fruits, spices, and clothes.
Later you will be Dokra Craft village, which is famous for its metal craft. Here you will see the lost wax technique, which was the oldest and most advanced method of metal casting known to human civilization. It was believed that this technique was used in Mohenjodaro civilization. Here you will see beautiful metal statues of god, goddess, and daily essentials like thalis, bowl, and glasses. These craftsmen are also expert to make the temples deities and associated ritual objects like bells, lamps which are made by the brass metal.
After exploring the village, you will return back to your hotel.

Day 06: Rayagada - Chatikona – Jeypore by road (210km /6-7hrs approx. )

Post breakfast you will check-out from your hotel and drive by road to Jeypore. On the way, you will stop at Chitkona to visit the weekly colorful market of Dongriya Kondh Tribes (This market open only on Wednesday).
The Dongria Tribe lives in Niyamgiri hills and they have a very good knowledge of forest, plant, and wildlife. They gather many fruits and vegetables from the forest and come to sale in weekly markets. After visiting the market head to Minapai Bamboo craft village. Here you will see many huts /home which is made of bamboo. You will also see many Bamboo products, like chair, Basket, lamps, and carpet.
Later continue drive to Jeypore. On arrival, you will check-in your hotel and relax.

Day 07: Jeypore - Ankadelli – Jeypore (50kms /2-3hrs one way)

Post breakfast you will drive by road to Ankadelli to visit the famous Bonda tribe market (this market opens only on Thursday), they come once a week to sell and purchase the object and commodities.
You will get a unique opportunity to see the people of Bonda tribes in their colorful costumes in one place. Here you can capture some pictures in your camera especially Bonda women who wear colorful and jewelry. The Bonda tribe currently lives in the hills of Malkangiri in Orisha.
After visiting the colorful market drive back to your hotel in Jeypore.

Day 08: Jeypore - Kunduli – Jeypore by road (90kms 2-3hrs approx.)

Post breakfast you will be a full-day excursion tour of Kunduli. Here you will visit the weekly market of Paraja Tribes. (This market opens only on Friday). Parajas tribe is the biggest and well-known tribe in Orisha. This tribe is very different compared to other tribal communities, as they have different culture, dress code, ornament, economic life, belief worship, manners, customs, and folk tradition. They are very fond of cattle wealth. They have good contact with modern society and now they like to wear modern dresses.
After visiting the Kunduli market rback to your hotel in Jeypore.

Day 09: Jeypore – Rayagada by road (150kms/ 5-6hr approx.)

Post breakfast you will be visiting Jagannath Temple and Tribal Museum at Koraput. Jagannath temple is located in Koraput and it is not built only for worship, but also built for multipurpose. It is originated from the tribal cultures and doesn't discrimination toward any religion, caste, and creed. Everybody is allowed to enter this temple, which shows the concept of Jagannath.
Later visit tribal museum amd continue drive to Rayada and En-route viist Bada Paraja and Mali Tribal village.
On arrival, you will check-in your hotel.

Day 10: Rayagada – Gopalpur by road (230kms/ 5-6hrs approx.)

Post breakfast check-out from your hotel and drive by road to Rayadaga and on the way you will be visiting Saura Tribal village.
On arrival you will check-in your hotel and evening you can explore the most pristine beach of Gopalpur.

Day 11: Gopalpur - Chilika – Puri (200kms/ 5-6hrs approx.)

Post breakfast check-out from your hotel, drive by road to Puri. On the way, you will stop at Chilika lake, which is the largest brackish water lake in Asia. On arrival, you will have a boat ride to explore the wildlife in Chilka lake. It is the home of many birds and in winter you will spot many migratory birds. During the boat ride, you will explore Nalabana Island which is the core area for migratory birds and it is called Nalabana Bird Sanctuary.
After exploring the Nalabana Island you will drive continue to Puri.
On arrival, you will check-in your hotel.

Day 12: Puri – Konark – Puri by road (40kms/ 1 hrs one way)

Morning breakfast at hotel.
Later visit Jagannath temple, which is an important Hindu temple, dedicated to Lord Jagannath another form of Vishnu. The temple was built by king Indradyunma and later it was rebuilt in the 10th century. This temple is also famous for its annual Rath Yatra (Chariot festival). After visiting this temple continue to drive to Konark and en-route you will be visiting Ramchandi Temple and Chandrabagha beach.
On arrival in Konark, you will be visiting the famous Konark Sun Temple, which was built in the 13th century by King Narashimhadeva. It is dedicated lord Surya and the temple complex has the appearance of 100 feet. it is said earlier it was 200 feet high, but now most of the temple part has been ruined. This temple is also known as Black Pagoda because its great tower appeared black.
After visiting Sun temple return to your hotel in Puri.

Day 13: Puri – Bhubaneswar airport departure (60kms/ 2hrs approx.)

Morning drive back to Bhubaneswar and transfer to airport for onwards journey.
