Day 01 Arrive at Delhi. Tour of important places in Delhi.

On your arrival in Delhi, you will be transferred to your hotel. On freshening up, you will head out for a Delhi tour. It is one of the seven union territories of India. Ranging from the Mughal dynasty to Sayyid dynasty, all famous rulers had their Empire here.

The Delhi tour will start by arriving at the Red Fort. The fortress is actually made up of limestone. However, when the limestone started to fade away, it was painted red. It’s also called Lal Qila. Then, the next destination you will come across is the Qutub Minar. This minaret has several other monuments near it such as the Iron Pillar of Delhi, Alai Darwaza, and Alai Minar. This minaret is built on the Red Citadel of Delhi. Then, you will head on to the India Gate, which is India’s largest war memorial. It has an Amar Jawan Jyoti, a lamp that keeps burning throughout years. Then, you will be taken to the Lotus Temple that has an exotic flower-like design. It is constructed by Fariborz Sahba, an Iranian architect. Then, you will go shopping across Chandani Chowk. It is a famous commercial street in Delhi where you will find loads of statues, sculptures, and eateries. Overnight is at Delhi.

Day 02 Arrive at Jaipur.

Today, you will be transferred to Jaipur by road. It is the first planned city, and is also the “Pink City”. It was founded by Jai Singh and was designed by a Bengali architect. It is also one of the top ten most populous cities in India. In the evening, you can visit the city on your own. Some famous landmarks include Chandra Mahal, Johari Bazar Road, Nahargarh Biological Park, Kesar Kyari Garden, Moatha Lake, and much more. Post tour, overnight at Jaipur.

Day 03 Tour of important places in Jaipur.

The first stop will be the Amer Fort, located on a hill. It was built by Raja Man Singh in 1592. Then, the Hawa Mahal or the Palace of the Winds will be your next destination. It is built with reddish-pink sandstone by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh for the royal ladies so that they could view festival celebrations from the top of the palace. Then, the next destination will be the Jantar Mantar. It consists of 15 astronomical instruments for observations. The structure is made up of precise and accurate geometry. Then, you will visit the Jal Mahal. It is made of red sandstone hasn’t faded over 250 years; and is submerged under water. However, inside the palace, the water doesn’t seep through. Day 04 Arrive at Ranthambore. Tour of Ranthambore National Park.

Wake up to some delicious breakfast at your hotel and get transferred to the Ranthambore National Park by road. This national park is famous for tigers and other wild creatures which include tigers, Cobras, mole rats, porcupines, sambar, lemur, crocodiles, jackals, wolves, turtles, and much more. It also has several ancient ruins as well. It was started in 1973 as a project and now it a renowned park. The best time to see and capture moments is between Novembers to March. Today, you will go for a full day safari tour with a professional guide who will provide an insight over the culture and history. Post tour, overnight at the Ranthambore National Park.

Day 05 Tour of important places in Ranthambore.

Today, you will spend the day by going on a wonderful tour across the city. The location you will be covering first at Ranthambore is the Ranthambore Fort. Then national park is named after this fortress that was built by the Chauhan Kings. It has been attacked by Khilji and Shah Rulers. Then you will be taken to the Jogi Mahal. It was built by royalty of Jaipur so that they could rest here after hunting. Then you will be taken to the Padam Talab. The lake contains many lotuses and lilies. It is sited along a huge second largest banyan tree in India. Then, the next location is the 32 Pillars Chhatri which is a monument resting on thirty two pillars. Post tour, overnight at the Ranthambore National Park.

Day 06 Arrive at Fatehpur Sikri. Tour of important places at Fatehpur Sikri. Arrive at Agra.

Today you will get transferred to Fatehpur Sikri by road. This city was the capital of Mughal Empire. It has the biggest mosque in India, the Jama Masjid.

The first stop on the tour is at the Buland Darwaza which marks the entrance of the city. This gate was built to honor the victory of Akbar over Gujarat. Then, you will visit the Jama Mosque. It is the biggest Indian mosque. Then, you will visit the Diwan E-Khas. Here, Akbar was known to discuss religious, political, and other affairs with the public and his representatives. Other spots which you can visit at leisure include the Fatehpur Sikri Fort, Hiran Minar, and Pachisi Court. Post tour, you will be transferred to Agra. Agra, also known as, Akbarabad is situated on the banks of the river Yamuna. Overnight at Agra.

Day 07 Tour of important places in Agra.

On arrival in Agra, get transferred to your hotel where you can relax after your travel. In the evening, head out to visit the beautiful city. Agra is famed across the world for the beautiful Taj Mahal which will be the first stop on the tour. Day 08 Arrive at Khajuraho.

Today, you will be transferred to the railway station for your train to Jhansi. On reaching Jhansi, you will be transferred to Khajuraho by road.

Khajuraho is a renowned place for temples. These temples were built by the Chandellas during their rule. Today, you can visit the place on your own. Some great places of interest include the Varaha Temple, Duladeo Temple, Vishvanatha Temple, Chitragupta Temple, Lakshman Temple, and Javari Temple. Post tour, overnight at the hotel.

Day 09 Tour of important places at Khajuraho. Arrive at Bandhavgarh. Tour of Bandhavgarh Animal Sanctuary.

The tour will begin at the Kandariya Mahadeva Temple. It is also known as the “Great God of the Cave”. It largest medieval temples in India. Then, you will visit the Devi Jagadambi Temple. This temple encloses twenty temples that have beautiful stone carvings. Then, the next destination is the Nandi Temple. It has a beautiful Nandi bull dedicated to Lord Shiva. Then, you will arrive at the Chaturbhuj Temple, a Lord Vishnu built around the 11th century.

Day 10 Tour of important places at Bandhavgarh.
