An adventure filled trip venturing into the wildlife as well as historically rich locales is something everyone needs at least once, especially when places like Delhi, Agra and Jaipur are included. Each of these cities are packed with beautifully architectured monuments that were sculpted by emperors hundreds of years back. Moreover, they lie close to several National Parks and bird sanctuaries, which sound heavenly, especially to nature enthusiasts.

New Delhi is the capital of India, and has a wide array of places to visit, along with Old Delhi including the famous India gate, Lal Quila or the Red Fort and Qutub Minar. Jaipur, or the Pink City, houses many forts like the Amer Fort, City Palace and the Hawa Mahal, which are a must visit, and therefore included in the itinerary. Agra is the city famous for one of the world wide known wonders, the Taj Mahal, which is an epitome of beauty, in all white.

The National Parks and Bird Sanctuaries include Ranthambore National Park, Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary and Bandhavgarh National Park, each of which houses a highly wide set of wildlife species along with many plant species. Day 01 Arrive Delhi

Once you arrive in Delhi, one of our representatives will meet you and transfer you to the place of your stay. You can relax, as your stay will be overnight, followed by a day full of Delhi exploration.

Day 02 Delhi tour

After you breakfast, you will be taken for a full day worth of sight-seeing in Delhi. Your return to the hotel will be in the evening, followed by another overnight stay. The sightings will include famous places from both Old Delhi and New Delhi. Old Delhi, built by emperor Shah Jehan, in the year of 1648, features places like the beautifully architecture Jama Masjid, which is deemed as the most elegant mosque in the nation, and Raj Ghat, the place where the father of the nation, Mahatma Gandhi was cremated.

New Delhi, designed by Sir Edward Lutyens, too features numerous places worth visiting, including the India gate, the World War 1 memorial arch and Rajpath, along with the presidential palace. Other places like Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, which you will get t o witness during the day.

Day 03 Delhi - Jaipur

Morning breakfast will be followed by departure from Delhi, and a travel to the Pink City of Jaipur. Upon arrival you will be checked in into your hotel. After a relaxing afternoon, your evening will include an exploration of the city, including the City Palace, Hawa Mahal and the much famous Jantar Mantar. This will be followed by an overnight stay in your hotel.

Day 04 Jaipur - Ranthambore National Park

Post breakfast, a morning excursion will be scheduled for the Amber Fort, which is an epitome of the Rajput Architecture. Standing about 11 km from Jaipur, overlooking the Delhi – Jaipur highway, it is a sight to look at. With a rich cultural history, the Amer Fort was built by Raja Man Singh, with add ons made later, by Sawai Jai Singh. Apart from numerous chanbers, each custom made for the inhabitant or event, the Amer fort features the Temple of Victory called the Jai temple, the hall of mirrors, called the Sheesh Mahal, and has the Maota Lake.

This will be followed by the drive towards Ranthambore, where you will be checked in into the wildlife resort on your arrival. The afternoon will include a brief safari into the National Park, followed by the dinner and overnight stay in the resort.

Day 05 Ranthambore National Park

One of the most famous National Parks, Ranthambore is known for being declared the “Project Tiger” reserve, with its perfect natural habitat for tiger population. While it was the tiger hunting reserve for the emperors in early years, today it houses numerous tigers along with other wildlife creatures like the cheetal, or the spotted deer, blackbuck, blue bull or the neel gaai, and even leopards, which are very rare to spot, along with a huge number of bird species. Overnight stay at the National Park.

Day 06 Ranthambore National Park

Another morning as well as afternoon private game drives in the Ranthambore National Park, followed by another overnight stay at the resort.

Day 07 Ranthambore National Park - Bharatpur bird sanctuary

Morning will be scheduled for departure towards the Bharatpur bird Sanctuary, and on arrival you will be escorted to the hotel where you will be checked in. Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary is the house to more than three hundred species of birds, along with a Hindu Lord Shiva temple, standing in the heart of this twenty nine kilometer square sanctuary. An evening visit to this bird sanctuary will take place, followed by an overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 08 Bharatpur bird sanctuary

A drive in the morning will be scheduled in the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, followed by a relaxing afternoon. Your evening will be scheduled for another bird watching venture in the sanctuary, followed by an overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 09 Bharatpur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra

Post breakfast drive to Agra, through the city of Fatehpur Sikri, that features several red stoned historic architectures. Upon arrival, you will be checked into the hotel, after which you will have the rest of the day to yourself for leisure. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 10 Agra - Umaria by overnight train

The day will start with a visit to the world famous monument of Taj Mahal, which was built by Shah Jehan, and symbolized his love for his wife, Noor Jehan. This will be followed by a visit to the famous Red Fort of Agra, which will further be followed by departure for Umaria. The night will be spent onboard, in the journey.

Day 11 Umaria - Bandhavgarh National Park

A representative will meet you upon arrival in Umaria from where you will be transported to the forest resort. Bandhavgarh is thirty five kilometer from Umaria and lies in the center of Madhya Pradesh. This place was the inspiration for the famous childhood favorite, the Jungle Book by Rudyard Kipling. Bandhavgarh is the home to about twenty two species of wildlife apart from about two hundred and fifty bird species. Overnight stay at resort in Bandhavgarh.

Day 12 Bandhavgarh National Park

There will be morning and evening drives in the Bandhavgarh National Park, where you will get to venture in the wildlife and get to spot several animals like hyenas and deer. Overnight stay at resort in Bandhavgarh.

Day 13 Bandhavgarh National Park - Umaria to Delhi by overnight train

After a morning drive in the National Park, you will be transferred to Umaria from where you will depart for Delhi by train. Overnight on the train.

Day 14 Departure from Delhi

You will arrive in Delhi where you can get fresh and depart for your home destination.
