Day 01 Arrival in Amritsar

On your arrival in Amritsar, you will be met by some of our representatives, who will help you to find your way to your reserved hotel. The city of Amritsar is one of the holiest places in the country for Sikhs. The name of the city comes means Pool of Nectar, which is derived from AmritSarovar (tank of holiness) that surrounds the city’s most iconic structure, The Golden Temple. Earlier the city was known as Ram Das Pura and was a hub for various kinds of saints and sages in the Vedic times. However, once the population of the city came under the influence of Guru Nanak, things changed. Many temples, mosques, gurudwaras( sikh temples), churches, gardens, libraries and much more began to prop up in the city.

On your first day, we will help you take a short night tour of the Golden Temple and help you watch the religious ceremony that takes place every night. Overnight is in the pious city of Amritsar.

Day 02 City tour of Amritsar

The city of Amritsar is also known as Ramdaspur and is the epicenter of spirituality and of culture for the Sikhs. On your 2nd day with us, we will help you explore the Golden Temple and various other attractions of the city. Our first stop for the day is at the Golden Temple, which is also known as Harmandir Sahib or Darbar Sahib. This was established in the 16th century by the 5th Sikh Guru. The temple has four doors, which signify that people from all religions are welcome here. The holy book of Sikhs, The Guru Granth Sahib, is placed in the center of the temple.

Our next stop is the JallianwalaBagh. The massacre of JallianwalaBagh is etched in Indian history, where General Dyer killed many Indians. The remnants of the massacre are still visible from the bullet holes in the area.

Our last stop for the day will be at the Wagah Border, which is the lowering of the national flag once all the military practices and training for the day are finished with the Pakistani soldiers. This practice is also known as Beating Retreat ceremony. The ceremony begins with a march from both sides and ends when the sun lowers in the sky.

After roaming around in the streets of the holy city which is famous for its piousness as well as street food, return back to your hotel to relax. Overnight is in Amritsar.

Day 03 Amritsar to Jammu (by road)

On your third day, we will help you travel to Jammu. Jammu is one of the best places in the country to visit. Beautiful in every way, Jammu is the winter capital of Jammu and Kashmir. Furthermore, Jammu is lined with rich flora and fauna and house many royal buildings, attractions, and museums. It is located on the banks of the River Tawi.

Once we get there, we will help you get to your reserved hotel. Today, you will have the entire day at leisure. Overnight is in Jammu.

Day 04 Tour of Jammu (Vaishno Devi Temple)

One of the most visited attractions here is the Vaishno Devi Temple. The Vaishno Devi Temple is usually visited by various kinds of Hindu pilgrims. The temple is located at an altitude of 5200 ft above sea level. The pilgrims have to trek to the top of the mountain to reach the temple. This temple is designed in a cave-like design. It is said that whatever you wish for in this temple, will be granted to you. To reach to the top of the mountain to get to the temple, you can make use of helicopter services, pony rides or a palanquin. For same day travel from Katra to Vaishno Devi Temple and back to Katra, we suggest to take Helicopter service (Helicopter service depends upon the weather conditions). Overnight in Jammu.

Note: if you will take pony rides or a palanquin service, Overnight stay will be at the temple on this night and came back next morning to Jammu)

Day 05 From Jammu to Srinagar by road.

Next day, we will help you travel to the beautiful city of Srinagar by road. Srinagar has been praised for its beauty time and time again. The city is the summer capital of the state Jammu and Kashmir and is located on the banks of the River Jhelum. This city is famous for its rivers, waterfronts, gardens, the natural environment and above all, for the houseboats.

Once we get to Srinagar, we will help you get to your reserved hotel or house boat. Rest of the evening is free for you to rest and relax. Overnight is in the city of paradise, Srinagar.

Day 06 Tour of the City: Srinagar

We will start our day with a Shikara Ride. A Shikara Ride is a Gandola-type of a boat ride, which lasts for two hours. This kind of ride helps you to view the city from the interiors and have a look at the changing city skyline. This ride will also allow you to view the markets of the city and the wonderful floating gardens.

Next, we will help you to join the half-day Srinagar with Mughal garden. We will help you explore the beauty of the magnificent gardens and walk you through the history of the same. Next, you will visit the Hari Parbat Fort, an iconic site in the city that overlooks the city, and Jama Masjid, which is one of the most important mosques in the city and was built by Sultan Sikandar. Apart from this,you will visit and walk through the old bazaars of the city, where you will find authentic handicrafts and clothes, home only to Jammu and Kashmir. Lastly, you will walk across the seven old bridges of the city and view the city at its best. Overnight is in the city of Srinagar.

Day 07 Srinagar: same day excursion of Gulmarg

On your 7th day, you will visit the little and pretty town of Gulmarg. This city boasts the highest golf course in the world. The name of the town, Gulmarg, literally translates to a meadow of flowers in English. If the weather is clear, we will be able to help you assist you to have a spectacular view of the nearing mountains, including a view of the Nanga Parbat (26624 ft) and the Kashmir Valley. After the visit return back to Srinagar. Rest of the evening is at leisure. Overnight is in Srinagar.

Day 08 From Srinagar to Delhi (By flight)

On your 8th day with us, we will in time transfer you to board the flight bound to Delhi, the capital of India. Delhi is also known as the city of cities, as it has been destructed and rebuilt many times. Various rulers of the city changed how the city looked and changed the structure of the city. However, that has only added to the beauty of the city that we know as Delhi. From the oldest parts of the city, that house local stores and markets, to the newer parts of the city, Delhi is dotted with historical sites and monuments.

Upon arrival in Delhi you will be greeted by one of our representative who will help you check in at your reserved hotel. Overnight is in the city of cities, New Delhi.

Day 09 Tour of New Delhi

Your 9th day with us starts off with a visit to Old Delhi, which was built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in 1639 AD. Old Delhi is famous for the stores and markets, but the main attraction of this place is the massive choice of food items. After a filling experience in Old Delhi, we will help you to visit Raj Ghat, the place where the father of India, Mahatma Gandi, was cremated. Furthermore, explore and visit the museum nearby, which was built to commemorate him. After this, drive past the iconic Red Fort in the city, and ChandniChowk, one of the busiest markets of the city. If you wish to visit ChandniChowk in a Rickshaw, we can help you do that. This market is always brimming with people and is full of stores that sell mouth-watering delicacies.

Visit one of the largest and the biggest mosques in the country, the Jama Masjid. This mosque was built by Shah Jahan and is known for its architectural supremacy. In the afternoon, we will stop and explore India’s largest minaret, the QutubMinar. This monument is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was built by Turk ruler, Qutub-Ud-Din Aibak in 1192.

Next, visit the best preserved Mughal monument in the country, the Humayun’s tomb. This monument is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site and houses the remains of Humayun, a Mughal ruler of the country. Our next stop in the city is, the India Gate, which is built in the memory of a fallen, unnamed soldier. Next, drive past various government buildings in the city as well as the Indian Parliament.

Our last stop in the city is the Laxminarayan Temple, which is dedicated to Goddess Laxmi and Lord Narayana. This temple was built by Raja Baldev Das and its primary attraction is its Orissan-style of architecture and curved towers of the temple. Return back to the hotel and rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight is in capital city of India, Delhi.

Day 10 Flight to Jodhpur from New Delhi, travel to Jaisalmer

On your 10th day, we will help you board a flight from Delhi to Jodhpur. Once you get to Jodhpur, we will help you travel to Jaisalmer by road. The city of Jaisalmer is dripping with history and royalty. The most attractive part of the city are the many palaces, forts, and monuments in the city. Additionally, local art and culture are also some of the most attractive features of the city.

Once you get there, we will help you to check in into your reserved hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Enjoy this leisurely time in the desert city of Rajasthan, Jaisalmer.

Day 11 Tour of Jaisalmer

Jaisalmer is also known as the ‘Golden City of India.’ Our day in the city will start with a visit to one of the oldest forts in the world, the Jaisalmer Fort. The fort is made completely from yellow sandstone. The fort is also called as “Sonar Quila” or "The Golden Fort," because when the sun rays fall on the fort, it shimmers as bright as gold because of the yellow sandstone. The fort boasts an amalgamation of classical Indian architectural styles with military styles. Next on our list for today’s explorations are the palaces of Maharwals. These palaces are famous for their ornamental beauty and intricate designs throughout the palace. The palace also houses the 5-story Tazia Tower, which we will help you explore.

Next, we will help you visit some of the most beautiful and wonderful mansions of the cities. Salimki Haveli is our first stop. This establishment has been under the care of the Mohta Family for decades. The most appealing feature of a mansion (haveli) apart from the numerous balconies are the ornate pillars which are decorated with gold and silver. Later visit and explore other havelis in the city, including Patwonki Haveli as well, which depicts an interesting form of architecture, considering the time it was built in. After this, in the afternoon, travel to the bazaars of the city. Here, you will be able to find various handicrafts and different pieces of art as well. The bazaars will help you have a look at the craftsmanship of the local craftsmen. You will have the evening to yourselves; the car will be at your disposal as long as you stay within the city boundaries. Overnight is in the city of Jaisalmer.

Day 12 Travel to Jodhpur from Jaisalmer

On your 12th day, after breakfast travel to yet another royal city in Rajasthan. This city is the second-largest city in the state and is also known as the Blue City. The city has served as the capital for Marwar kingdom in the past.

Check in at the hotel upon arrival. Explore the Meherangarh Fort. This fort is one of the largest forts in the country and boasts many features that cannot be found in any other fort. This fort is built on a low yellow sandstone hill, about 120 meters up. The fort contains many halls and palaces and boasts extremely thick, impregnable walls. Inside the fort, visit MotiMahal, which translates to Pearl Palace in English. MotiMahal was used for private audiences in the palace. Next, we will help you visit the beauty of PhoolMahal, which translates to Palace of Flowers in English. This hall served as a pleasure dome for the rulers.

Next, explore JaswantThada, which is made in the fond memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II by Sardar Singh. The structure of JaswantThada is constructed with thin, polished sheets of marble which sparkle in the sunlight. Lastly, explore the Umaid Public Gardens, which includes the UmaidBhawan Museum and the Government Museum. The entire establishment was designed by Henry Vaughan Lanchester and houses a wide collection of various kinds of artifacts. After the entire day of sightseeing, sit back and relax at your hotel. Overnight is in the blue city of Rajasthan, Jodhpur.

Day 13 Travel to Udaipur from Jodhpur

On your 13th day with us,travel to Udaipur and will help you explore the temples of Rankpur en route. The temples of Rankpur are majestic and ornate. Out of all the Jain temples in the area, the Chamukha temple is the most popular one. The Chamukha temple houses 20 halls, and 1444 pillars, all of which are designed differently.

We will then continue on our way to Udaipur. The city of Udaipur is known to be the home of many brave warriors, including the MaharanaPratap Singh who fought the great Mughal emperor, Akbar. The city was named after and established by RanaUdai Singh in 1559. Arrive at Udaipur and check in into your reserved hotel. Rest of the evening is at leisure. Overnight is in the city of lakes, Udaipur.

Day 14 A visit to the historical places of Udaipur

The first stop on your 14th day with us will be the City Palace. The city palace in the city is located on the banks of the Pichola Lake. The palace was built by MaharanaUdaiMirza Singh in 1559 A.D. and has undergone various changes with contributions from various rulers of the past. Almost 400 years old, this palace is beautiful in every aspect.

Later visit the Jagdish Temple, which was built by MaharanaJagat Singh. Built in the Indo-Aryan style, the temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The temple has been in use for worship since it was built. We will visit the BhartiyaLok Kala Mandir located near Chetak Circle next. The place is one of the most renowned museums of Udaipur, which will allow you to understand the culture better.

Rest of the evening is free for relaxation or souvenir shopping. Overnight is in the royal city of Udaipur.

Day 15 Visit Jaipur from Udaipur

This morning depart early for Jaipur, also known as the pink city. The city is popular for various palaces, many havelis(mansions) and various kinds of monuments. The capital of Rajasthan is loaded with various monuments, all of which are unique in their own rights. The city was established by Maharaja Jai Singh.

After arrival in the city , our first stop in the city will be the majestic Maharaja City Palace. This royal palace has seven stories and includes the beautiful observatory, JantarMantar. The palace is the perfect amalgamation of three different architectural styles, namely the Mughal, Rajput, and European styles. JantarMantar is known for its collection of various tools and instruments, all of which has attracted various kinds of mathematicians and astronomers from the world.

Apart from this, visit the majestic HawaMahal, a palace that is known to house many windows. The insides of the palace are always cool and refreshing. Lastly, we will help you travel through the Pink Rose Garden and various business centers in the city. Travel through the bazaars of the city, wherein you will be able to see the caliber of the local craftsmen and the mirrored work in various types of garments or even find beautiful carpets.

Our last stop in the city is Sahelionki Bari, which translates to Queen's resort for her friends. After the sightseeing, we will drive you to your hotel. Check in and relax. Overnight is in the pink city of Rajasthan, Jaipur.

Day 16 Drive to Agra from Jaipur

Morning around 08 am proceed to visit Amer Fort. we will make a trip to Amer Fort, which was also known as Amer Palace. The palace is designed beautifully and is made of red sandstone and marble. There are different sections in the palace, each with a courtyard. Furthermore, out of the many gates, Surajpol, the one which receives direct sunlight and the Chandpol, which is known for its extraordinary beauty are well-known. Another Gate, the Ganesh Gate, is also famous for its Goddess Sila Devi temple. Apart from this, the palace also includes SukhNiwas, where a pleasant environment is created because of the palace’s architectural make, Sheesh Mahal, which made out of many mirrors, Diwan-e-Khas, which is a hall for a private audience and Diwan-e-Aam, a hall for a public audience.

It will take 02 hrs to complete the tour then drive to Agra (Approx. drive 04hrs) by 1400 hrs they will reach FatehpurSirki do the tour of FatehpurSikri and then drive to Agra .

Day 17 Tour of Agra and Drive to Delhi

Situated on the banks of the River Yamuna, the former capital of the country used to be known as Akabarbad. The city has blossomed under the reigns of Mughal kings such as Akbar, Jahangir, and Shah Jahan. The first place to visit in the city is the beautiful monument of love, TajMahal, which also happens to be one of the seven wonders of the world. The white-marble monument has many gardens and chambers and minarets; we will help you explore all of these. Shah Jahan built this monument for his beloved wife, Queen MumtazMahal, who passed away. The monument was between the years 1631 to 1648.

Our next stop is yet another UNESCO World Heritage Site, Agra Fort. Agra Fort is built much like Red Fort. The fort boasts various well-maintained gardens and includes KhasMahal and Jahangir Palace. At Agra Fort, you will be able to visit the halls for Diwan-e-Aam and Diwan-e-Khas, which were halls for public and private audiences, respectively.

After your visit to Agra Fort, we will help you travel to Delhi airport, from where you would catch a home bound flight. Please note that there is no hotel reserved for this night in Delhi. We hope you enjoyed your trip and we look forward to hosting you again.
