Pushkar is one of the most sacred pilgrimages in India and is marked among the oldest cities of the country. The city is unique by its own for its story of formation and location that borders the Thardesert closely. The city tour is covered under Pushkar Fair Tour Package that includes Delhi, Mandawa, Jaipur and Agra. The tour is significantly prominent for showcasing 52 bathing ghats and 400 temples throughout the 8-days of travel.

The tour covers places like the iconic Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Qutub Minar and Humayun’s Tomb – the last two being UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Places like India Gate and other government buildings are also covered. Traveling to Mandawa, tourists are left to explore the majestic havelis in the region along with the rich cultural frescoes. Up next is Pushkar which is famous for its Camel and cattle fair – so be lucky and try to book your trip during fair which happens normally during November. Next destinations include Jaipur, Fatehpur Sikri and Agra where all the historic forts, monuments and temples are visited including Sheesh Mahal, TajMahal, Agra Fort and other monuments. The trip takes a turn back to Delhi.

Day 01 Arrive in Delhi. Visit to heritage places in Delhi.

On arrival in Delhi, our representative will welcome and transfer you to the hotel. Delhi is the capital of Indraprastha and capital of Pandavas during Mahabharata. This city has been inhabited from the 6th century BC and has been the capital of many other kingdoms, which is why it's been called the "City of Cities". It has been influenced by it cultures and different rulers, Delhi is a city full of beautiful monuments. The food habits of the residents were influenced by the Mughal rulers, the Mughal cuisine Originated from this particular place. Due to the closeness of other states, all festivals are celebrated in Delhi.

Old Delhi is a maze of small lanes and old buildings. New Delhi is made of larger roads with fascinating buildings. The tour in the morning starts at Old Delhi, built by the Mughal Emperor. Visitation will be paid to where the Father of the Nation has been cremated at Raj Ghat, the Museum built in commemorating him, we will be driven by the iconic Red Fort and Chandni Chowk, very popular and busy Old Delhi Market, next to stop at Jamal Masjid, another iconic historic and largest India Mosque built by Shah Jahan. At Chandni Chowk, riding in a rickshaw, might be an interesting part of the city, due to the crowded streets. This numerous shops is a paradise for shopping lovers, as these shops engage in selling numerous mouth watering foods, clothes, jewelries and other household items.

By noon, we will visit the Qutub Minar, pitched as the largest Minaret in India. Drive past the president house and other Governmental secretarial buildings to the final destination at Lakshminarayan Temple, a temple dedicated to goddess Lakshmi and Lord Narayana.

Day 02 Drive from Delhi to Mandawa.

You will be transported from Delhi to Mandawa by road. Shekhawati was founded by Shekhawat Rajputs and named after Rao Shekha. More than 50 forts and palaces were built by them, which has been converted to Heritages Hotel. Shekhawati’ village was famous for the havelis or houses, with the highest number of frescoes in the world. The Marwari’s were an influential business community in this region and in the 19th century, many left their families to migrate to larger cities where they succeeded quite well. The Marwari’s built larger houses in these villages and to tell the world about their success, they hired artists to paint these houses and havelis. Rest of the day is at leisure. Transport is at your disposal with-in the city limits. Overnight is in Mandawa or one of the villages of Shekhawati.

Day 03 Visit to heritage places in Mandawa.

Today you will be visiting Shekhawati villages, like Mandawa, Nawalgarh, Dundlod and more. In 1755, Thakur Nawal Singh founded Mandawa, which houses a collection of armories, old costumes, canon from 1820, Ancient coins and other interesting items. The villages with beautiful frescoes, mansions and havelis are called “The Open Art Gallery”. Paints by the artists show mythological images of gods, goddesses, and animal, a lot of these beautiful havelis have been transformed into nice looking Hotels. Transport at your disposal with-in the city limits. Overnight is in Mandawa or one of the villages of Shekhawati.

Day 04 Drive from Mandawa to Pushkar. Later, visit heritage places in Pushkar.

Today you will be traveling via road to Pushkar. By noon you will be the tour of Pushkar will start. Pushkar is one of the most sacred pilgrimages for Hindus and it’s considered to be one of the oldest cities in India, this Holiest city was said to be created by Lord Brahma for the Hindus. When a demon Vaira Nabha killed Brahma's child, Brahma hit him with a lotus flower, which killed the demon. When the Lotus Patel fell in Pushkar, the lake was formed, here Brahma performed sacrifices on a full moon day. A temple dedicated to Brahma is only one of its kind throughout the world. Hindus believe that bathing in the lake will provide them salvation. Pushkar is famous for its Camel Fair, thousands of camel and cattle are being traded. The transport is at your disposal. (Within the city).

Day 05 Drive from Pushkar to Jaipur. Visit to heritage places in Jaipur.

In the morning you will be traveling to Jaipur, also known as the Pink City, which is the capital of Rajasthan. This is a city with lots of captivating design and architecture. The city was built by Maharaja Jai Singh and Jaipur got its name from this king. The rest of the day could be spent visiting the Jaipur bazaars or touring through the crowded colorful streets. Jaipur's colorful bazaars offer a wonderful shopping opportunity.

On arrival, the city tour with a visit to Amer also called Amer Palace, the earlier capital of Jaipur. The Diwan-e-Aam - hall of public audience, Diwan-e-Khans - hall of private audience, Sheesh Mahal - palace of mirrors and Sukh Niwas are quite beautiful. In Jaipur you will have a tour to Maharaja City palace, royal palace with seven storeys, same as Janter Mantar, the observatory. It attracts mathematicians and astronomers worldwide. Hawa Mahal is another popular palace for its Exotic architectural design. You will be passing through the Pink Rose Gardens as well as the Jaipur Business centers. The tour is incomplete without shopping in Jaipur. Jaipur markets are famous for clothes, carpets, jewelry and more various handicraft materials.

Day 06 from Jaipur to Fatehpur Sikri to Agra.

You will be Traveling from Jaipur to Agra, en-route Faatehpur Sikri, built by Emperor Akbar in the 16th century. He holds exceptional records on Mughal civilization; this is also one of the popular UNESCO world Heritage in India with lots of historical monuments. You will have a tour to Jama Masjid followed by Salim Chisti, the five stories Panch Mahal and Buland Darwaza having a stupendous architectural design. Which is Located at the central Portico, with three arched entrance locally known as Horse shoe Gate. There will be a tour to other graceful buildings such as as Ibadat Khana, Mariam-uz-Zamani's palace, Naubat Khana and Birbal's house. Later you will be driven to Agra to spend the night .

Day 07 Visit to heritage places in Agra.

Agra former capital of Hindustan is a city by the waterway Yamuna. Agra likewise called Akbarabad experienced its crest amid the season of Mughals and was the capital of the Mughal rulers Akbar, Jahangir and Shahjehan. Toward the beginning of the day tour of Agra, you will be taken to the Taj Mahal one of the marvels of the world. This excellent building is carefully worked with white marble by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan between the years 1631 to 1648 and it was worked in the memory of his most loved adored Queen Mumtaz Mahal.

Day 08 Drive from Agra to Delhi.

Welcome to the end of the Tour, you will be transferred from Agra to Delhi airport. As most flight departs after midnight, No accommodation is provided in Delhi.
