Day 01 Arrival in New Delhi

Arrive in Delhi and our representative will greet you at the airport for your Golden Triangle Tour, most popular travel package to India. You will be transferred to the hotel for a good day’s rest. Enjoy the night stay at the hotel. Overnight is in Delhi.

Day 02 Sightseeing in New Delhi

After a good breakfast, embark on the journey to visit beautiful historical and modern monuments in the city. Start your journey by a visit to Raj Ghat, a memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi. A black marble platform marks the spot where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated post his assassination on January 31, 1948. An eternal flame burns near the memorial.

Post the visit, proceed to visit Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques inaugurated by Imam from Bukhara. On your way to Jama Masjid, you will pass ChandniChowk, one of the oldest and busiest markets of Delhi. Enjoy the incredible India up close and see the densely populated market embarking in the glory of traditional environment. Upon reaching Jama Masjid, you will come across three gates, four towers and two 40 m high minarets covered in red sandstone and white marble.

Your journey continues by visiting QutubMinar, a 73 m tall minaret containing a spiral staircase of 379 steps. Next stop is Humayun’s Tomb known for its luxurious palace like feel and influence of Persian architecture. India Gate is your next destination, an “Arc-de-Triomphe” located in the middle of a crossroad. You will pass by Parliament, President’s House and Secretarial building on your way over to Laxmi Narayan Temple. Dedicated to goddess Laxmi, Laxmi Narayan Mandir or popularly known as Birla Mandir is a magnificent architectural example with a modern touch. Stay the night at the hotel. Overnight is in the capital of India, New Delhi.

Day 03 Transfer to Jaipur by road

Start your day by having first meal of the day and drive your way to Jaipur, a beautiful pink city filled with cultural heritage and most flamboyant state’s capital. A 260 year old city, Jaipur is filled with tales of heroic battles and majestic colorful buildings perfect for your next photo shoot. It takes 5-6 hours to reach Jaipur from Delhi. Spend the rest of your day enjoying the traditional local markets filled with colorful souvenirs for you to take. You will be escorted to your hotel for a good night’s sleep. Overnight is in the pink city, Jaipur.

Day 04 Sightseeing in Jaipur

Your first destination for the day after having breakfast is Amber Fort. Amber was the capital of Jaipur state and a home to Rajput Royalties. The fort is designed by using sandstone and marble and constitutes of four courtyards, palaces, halls and gardens. You can also stop by to take blessings of Kali at the Shila Devi Temple located on the right of Amber Palace. The two buildings in the King’s Quarter are where you will find Sheesh Mahal i.e. Hall of Mirrors. The hall is the most exquisite part of the palace and is decorated with intricate mirror work. You can choose to go up the fort either on an elephant back or on a jeep.

Your next stop will be City Palace which includes a royal palace with seven stories. Enjoy the grand view of a series of gardens, buildings, temple and a museum reflecting the historical richness of City Palace.

Next, you’ll be taken to JantarMantar, an observatory constituting of 19 architectural astronomy instruments made of stones. Well known for garments and ornaments, Jaipur is a perfect place to shop and collect souvenirs. Located in the middle of markets is a beehive structured palace known as HawaMahal, the palace of the wind, which you will pass by while completing your journey for the day. Reach your hotel and have a goodnight sleep.Overnight is in the beautiful city of Jaipur.

Day 05 Transfer to Agra by Road en route visiting Fatehpur Sikri

Start your day with delicious breakfast at the hotel and continue your wonderful trip by travelling towards Agra. Enroute to Agra, you will visit FatehpurSikri which is an ancient city filled with historical monuments. Here you will visit Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India. Tomb of SalimChisti, the 5 Storied PanchMahal and BulandFatehpurSikri are some other attractions you will come across here. The BulandDarwaza is reached by climbing 42 steps and is made of red and buff sandstone. Other spots to see here will include IbadatKhana, Mariam-uz-Zamanis palace, NaubatKhana and Birbal’s Residence. After the visit, you will be taken to the hotel in Agra. Rest of the day is at leisure and you are free to visit the local markets and enjoy delicious local food by using transport provided within city limits. Overnight is in the city of love, Agra.

Day 06 Sightseeing in Agra

The third part of Golden Triangle Tour is Agra which is a historic city including various heritage sites. Known as the city of monument of eternal love, Agra is a must visit for travelers in India. First place to visit will be of course one of the seven wonders of world, TajMahal. This architectural beauty is made of pure white marble and was constructed by Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz and thus marks as a symbol of love and affection. Agra Fort is your next destination which is a palatial fortress made of red-sandstone and marble. Including KhasMahal and Jahangir Palace, Agra fort is a must visit for all travelers. Diwan-e-Aam and Diwan-e-Khas will be your next visits here. You will be spending your afternoon in bazaars where you can shop from a range of variants from garments to intricate marble paintings. Day 07 Transfer to New Delhi
