Day 01 Arrival in Delhi

Upon arrival, you will be met with one of our representatives, who will escort you to your hotel. After checking in, you will have the rest of the day to yourself. You can either relax, or go out on a little exploration. Being the capital of India, Delhi is a huge tourist attraction. But another reason for the same is it having one of the most culturally rich and diverse history. Be it Qutub Minar, Humanyu’s Tomb or Red Fort from the royal era, or the India Gate and President’s House from the British Raj period, Delhi offers a lot in its plate. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 02 Delhi Visit

After breakfast, you can go on a sightseeing tour of the capital. You can start with Old Delhi first, covering Red Fort, Jama Masjid and the famous market of Chandani Chowk. Post lunch, you can explore New Delhi, where you can see the famous India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan i.e., the President’s House and the Parliament Street, among other attractions. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 03 Delhi – Chandigarh

After breakfast, you will depart towards Chandigarh. Post arrival, you will be checked in at the hotel. Get some rest, and in the afternoon, you can go for a sightseeing tour. You can start with the famous Rock Gardens, followed by the beautiful Rose Garden and have a peaceful boat ride at Sukhna Lake.

Chandigarh is one of the seven union territories of India, and a shared capital of the states of Punjab and Haryana. It was designed by Swiss – French architect Le Corbusier, who also designed the famous Capitol Complex and the Open Hand Monuments. Some of the most visited places include the renowned Rock Garden, Rose Garden, Capitol Complex, Pinjore Garden and Sukhna Lake. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Chandigarh.

Day 04 Chandigarh – Dharamsala

Post breakfast, you will leave for Dharamsala. Upon reaching you will be checked in at the hotel, and will have the rest of the evening to yourself.

Dharamsala is one of the most beautiful cities in Himachal Pradesh. It is the home to both Dalai Lama and the Tibetan Government - in – exile. There are several places you can check out in Dharamsala, including the Thekchen Choling Temple complex, which is a Tibetan spiritual centre, and the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives that houses more than a few thousands of valuable and important manuscripts. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Dharamsala.

Day 05 Explore Dharamsala

After breakfast, you can take a full city tour, starting from Dalai Lama’s village. Then you can move towards the famous Macleodganj area, followed by St John’s Church, Bhagsunath Temple, Dal Lake, and lastly, Talnoo, which is the highest point in the city. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Dharamsala.

Day 06 Dharamsala – Manali

Post breakfast, you will leave for Manali. Upon reaching, you will be checked in at the hotel, and will have the rest of the day to yourself.

Manali is a beautiful resort town in Himachal Pradesh, and is famous for being a backpacking centre, as well as a honeymoon resort. Several adventure activities can also be experienced here, including skiing, paragliding, rafting, and mountaineering. It is one of the most visited hill stations in India, and is known to have a pleasant weather during summers, and almost definite snowfall during winters. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Manali.

Day 07 Explore Manali

After breakfast, you can go for a sightseeing tour of the city. Starting from the Hadimba Devi Temple, you can make your way towards the Manu Temple, and the several famous Tibetan monasteries. This can be followed by the famous Vashisht Village, famous for its hot springs, Jagarsukh, and lastly, Solang Valley. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Manali.

Day 08 Manali – Kullu - Kullu Dussehra Festival

Post breakfast, you will leave for Kullu. Upon reaching, you will be checked in at the hotel, and have some time to rest. Then you can proceed to witness the famous Kullu Dussehra Festival. You can indulge in various activities and witness the several performances.

The Kullu Dussehra Festival is a global affair and witnesses hundreds of thousands of people on a yearly basis. This festival goes on for a week, starting from the Vijay Dashmi. The festival had been accorded to as an international festival by the state government, as it attracts a large number of international tourists especially during that period. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Kullu.

Day 09 Kullu – Shimla

Post breakfast, you will leave for Shimla. After arrival, you will be checked in at the hotel, and will have the rest of the day to yourself. Spend the day in leisure, while resting or exploring the neighborhood, it’s up to you.

Shimla is the capital of Himachal Pradesh, and a very popular tourist spot. This hill station used to be the summer capital of the British India at one point, and is known for its beauty and beautiful mementoes. It has several handicraft shops, a pedestrian avenue called The Mall, as well as various wooden toys as crafts shops in a locale called the Lakkar Bazaar. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Shimla.

Day 10 Visit the city of Shimla

Post breakfast, you can go for a sightseeing of Shimla. Staring from the famous Jhaku Temple, you can make your way towards The Kalbadevi Temple and Hanuman Temple, followed by the Christ Church. Each of these places are spectacular in their own way, and a must visit for sure. After lunch, you can visit Kufri, a place known for its dense forests, beautiful fauna and snowy mountain peaks. Revivify yourself while there. In the evening you can visit the famous mall road of Shimla and have a little shopping time. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Shimla.

Day 11 Shimla – Chandigarh drive and train to Delhi

Post breakfast, you will leave for Chandigarh to catch the train to Delhi. Our representative will assist you to board the train to Delhi. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to hotel. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 12 Leave Delhi by International flight

Today, after breakfast, you will be escorted to the airport, to board your flight for your next destination, putting an end to the splendid tour of Kullu Dussehra Festival.
