Day 01 Arrival at Guwahati Airport and we head towards Kaziranga-

On arrival at Guwahati International Airport, our executives would be there to greet you, and by means of proper arrangements, you would be directed towards Kaziranga National park in Assam. There is an overnight stay at Kaziranga National Park in the forest cottages.

Day 02 Visiting Kaziranga National park-

Early in the morning after a scrumptious breakfast, you get the opportunity to visit Kaziranga National park and look at flora and fauna here. You can photograph the one-horned rhinos, for which the sanctuary is famous for and have a look at the other mammals and birds like pecans. On this very day itself, you would be taken to Majuli through a ferry ride, and there is an overnight stay at Majuli.

Day 03 Visiting Majuli-

On crossing the Brahmaputra River, you come to Majuli. The tribal culture here is a mix of Vaishnava and Maishali, and this adds to the diversity of the region. Here you can get an opportunity to capture the local arts, even performances by the monks and also the local’s way of living. We visit the monasteries here, which belong to the Vaishnava sect. There is a tour of namghar, considered to be a prayer hall and the headquarters of the monks too. There is an overnight stay at Majuli.

Day 04 Travelling for Kohima-

Laving Majuli behind, we travel towards Kohima after having breakfast and in the middle of the journey, there are tea estates and rice fields, of which you can take several photos. On reaching Kohima, we check-in at the hotel and there is overnight stay here.

Day 05 and 06 Photography days at the Hornbill Festival-

For these two days, you have the amazing Hornbill festival hosted, and therefore, it is time to bring out your cameras and start capturing. The Festival necessarily highlights the local culture, bringing forth art, craft, and music as well. You can never miss a shot here as you will be provided by a photography expert who would take you for a tour through the festival. Do not forget to try the local food here. You would also visit Kisma Village and would be taken for a guided tour of Kohima at night, in order to catch up with the nightlife. The streets here are all adorned with lights at night, making you want to click and never stop! For two days itself, there is an overnight stay at Kohima.

Day 07 Exploring Nagaland-

Nagaland is not just about the Hornbill festival, but it is more than that. Today, you would visit the villages of Angami and Kohima. You can interact with the Naga People here and photograph some moments as well. You can definitely spend the whole day at the villages here, and there is an overnight stay in Nagaland.

Day 08 Nagaland

The tour likely ends here, and you would be dropped off at Dimapur Airport or at the station by our executives.
