Day 01 Arrival in Delhi & Half day city tour of New Delhi

Arrive Delhi and transfer to Hotel. Hotel check-in time is 14:00hrs (Noon)

Delhi is the capital of India, which has been destroyed and reconstructed several times in the past. Since the city is exciting enough to delight all types of tourists, it is referred to as the City of Cities. Several rulers have reigned over the capital. That is why the city is brimful of historic monuments, which speak volumes about the lifestyle of the royals. Moreover, they represent the finest specimens of architecture. Old Delhi is a maze of small lanes and old buildings while New Delhi has a large road with huge buildings.

Afternoon visit of New Delhi – You will visit the historic Qutub Minar which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is the tallest minaret in India which was constructed by Qutub-Ud-Din Aibak in the twelfth century. Thereafter you will visit Humayun’s Tomb, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is a peaceful place where one can spend some peaceful moments marveling at the beauty of the place. Afterward, you can visit the India Gate which is a war memorial dedicated to the soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the protection of the nation from enemies. Later, you will pass through the Parliament House, President’s House, and other Government Secretarial Buildings, and the final stop will be Lakshmi Narayan Temple, a temple dedicated to Lakshmi and Lord Narayana.

The rest of the day is free.

Day 02 Visit of Master Ji Ki Haveli, Old Delhi Tour& Kingdom of Dream show

Start the day with an early morning tour to Master Ji Ki Haveli through the markets of Old

Delhi. This tour will help to explore the riches of the city: culture, heritage, history and gastronomy in a fun and exciting way. The tour includes exploring the streets of Delhi on foot and by rickshaw. The tour will take you through the narrow streets and bazaars of old Delhi, where one can see and know the basic ingredients used in traditional Indian meals.

The route covers:

Heritage & Bazaar Walk, Cycle rickshaw ride, few hidden treasures, some street food tasting for those who feel adventurous, a complimentary meal in a haveli (an old private mansion in the old city in which a single-family is living from generations)

Later proceed for the city tour of Delhi. Visit the major attractions of the Old Delhi which was constructed by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the seventeenth century. Visit of Raj Ghat, the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of the nation. Thereafter, visit the museum dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi where e to witness various relics and attractions dedicated to him. Then drive to visit Jama Masjid (Jama Mosque) (passing by two gems of Delhi, Red Fort and Chandni Chowk). Red Fort is a famous monument constructed entirely out of red stone whereas Chandni Chowk is one of the busiest markets of Old Delhi. Jama mosque was built by Shah Jahan and is one of the biggest mosques in India. A short rickshaw ride in Chandni Chowk could be quite interesting as this part of the city is quite crowded as it is full of shops. The region is a shopper’s paradise as here tourists can find almost everything and can also enjoy local delicacies.

You will return to the hotel for having some rest.

In the evening you will proceed to enjoy the show at the Kingdom of Dreams in Gurgaon.

Day 03 Temple tour in Delhi

Breakfast will be served at the hotel and proceed to visit Akshardham Temple. Akshardham is a Hindu temple complex in Delhi, India. Also called Akshardham Temple or Swaminarayan Akshardham, the temple complex represents traditional Hindu and Indian culture, spirituality, and architecture. The building was inspired and developed by Pramukh Swami Maharaj, the spiritual head of the Bochasanwasi Shri Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha, whose 3,000 volunteers helped 7,000 artisans construct Akshardham.

Then proceed for Lotus Temple, which is a Bahá’í temple shaped like the lotus flower and has won numerous architectural awards. Like all other Bahá’í Houses of Worship, this temple is open to all regardless of religion, or any other distinction. The Bahá’í laws highlight that the spirit of the House of Worship is that it is a gathering place where people of all religions may worship God, irrespective of any differences. The Bahá’í laws say that not only the holy scriptures of the Bahá’í Faith but those of other religions can also be read or chanted inside in any language; while readings and prayers can be performed by choirs, no musical instruments can be played inside. Furthermore, no sermons can be delivered, and no ritualistic ceremonies can be practiced inside the temple complex.

Later visit the Gurudwara Bangla Sahib. Gurudwara Bangla Sahib is one of the most prominent Sikh gurdwara, or Sikh house of worship, in Delhi and known for its association with the eighth Sikh Guru, Guru Har Krishan.

Day 04 Delhi to Jaipur by road (Driving time approx.05hrs)

Breakfast will be served at the hotel. Check out and drive towards Jaipur. En-route visiting Heritage Transport Museum

The Heritage Transport Museum is situated on a three-acre plot, off National Highway 8 at Gurgaon (Delhi NCR)

The museum portrays how the transportation system of the country has evolved over the years. It also showcases the importance of transport in commuting from one place to another. The museum is the only one of such a big scale in the country. Therefore, it is worth a visit if you wish to learn about transport in India.

Continue your drive towards Jaipur

Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan gets its name from Maharaja Jai Singh who built this city.

There are several palaces in Jaipur, which boast of the marvelous architecture and narrate a lot about the glorious past. In the 18th century, Prince of Wales had visited Jaipur and the entire city was painted in pink color due to which this city is also known as the pink city. The origin of Jaipur goes back to more than 260 years.

Day 05 Tour of Amer for and Walk tour of Amber village

Breakfast at Hotel and proceed for the city tour of Jaipur. Begin with the visit of Amer Fort. Amer fort also known as Amer Palace was the earlier capital of Jaipur

Note: At the Amer fort, Elephant rides are available to ascend to the entry gate but we do not recommend it and our intention is not to harm or to use the animal for entertainment or any commercial use. We never organize any activity or program in which animals are used for entertainment.

There is a jeep ride available as well. To feast your eyes on the majestic Asian Elephant, you can opt for a day visit from Jaipur itself to Elefantastic where experiences like feeding, walking & washing are offered to the guest without causing any trouble to the elephants. "

Optional - You will be ascending (one way) the fort on an elephant's back( one way) on twin sharing basis & descend the fort by jeep.

Built up of red sandstone, the splendid fort was established by Raja Man Singh. The fort is split into 4 sections, each with a courtyard. The main entrance gate of the fort is Surajpol, which has marvelous architecture. There lays a temple dedicated to Goddess Sila Devi near another gate (Ganesh Gate) of the fort. Moreover, the fort contains several beautiful structures that are worth exploring. Some of the major ones are Diwan-e-Aam (hall of public audience), Diwan-e-Khas (hall of private audience), and Sheesh Mahal (palace of mirrors).

After the Amer fort tour proceed for a walking tour of Amber Village.

During the 15-17th centuries, Amer was the capital of Jaipur. But over time, it got established as a modern city and people living in the village started settling down in the new-built city. Gradually, the ancient heritage of the town got lost.

Though the Amer Palace is a must-visit place in Jaipur, not everyone wishes to explore the rich heritage of the town.

Proceed for a fascinating heritage walking tour to rediscover the treasures of the long-forgotten ancient town of Amber. The town has several historic structures and ancient temples, which make tourists aware of the history of the region. Besides, there is a textile museum in the town.

Tour Highlights

Jagat Shiromani Temple is a 16th-century temple dedicated to Lord Krishna. This temple features beautiful sculptures portraying characters from Hindu mythology.

Ambikeshwar Temple is an ancient Shiva temple older than Amber Fort. As per the legend, the Shiva linga is sinking deep into the ground year by year. It continues to be a mysterious act for all.

Narsingh Haveli is one of the marvelous Havelis in the quaint town. It has been renovated to represent the glorious past of the region.

Panna Miah Kund is one of the finest examples of the traditional step well. It was built by one of Jai Singh’s eunuchs.

Anokhi Museum (Optional) of Hand printing is nestled in a beautiful mansion from the 16th century. Housing an excellent collection of both traditional and contemporary textiles made using a variety of different techniques.

In the afternoon, you will visit Maharaja City Palace, a royal palace with seven storeys and Jantar Mantar, the observatory. This wonderful observatory attracts mathematicians as well as astronomers of the whole world. The City Palace features a fusion of three different architectural styles – Mughal, Rajput, and European. Another famous tourist attraction is the Hawa Mahal. Next, you will pass through the pink rose garden and business centers of Jaipur. A visit to Jaipur is incomplete without shopping. The town is popular for clothes, carpets, jewelry, handicrafts, and silk paintings, and miniature paintings, precious and semi-precious gemstones.

Later in the evening proceed to Hotel Narain Niwas Place for your Dinner (Enjoy you Dinner with local folk dance and music).

Day 06 In Jaipur

Morning Breakfast at hotel and proceed for Bagru Excursion famous for Block Printing

Known for its unique art of Block Printing, Bagru is a small town in the outskirts of Jaipur which has emerged as one of the industrial areas for textile printing in Rajasthan with over 100 cottage scale workshops. While traveling to Rajasthan, there is no parallel to seeing Artists at work and learn an age-old art they have been practicing over generations. Block Printing is an art of printing natural colors on different fabrics using finely carved ‘designer’ wooden blocks. The art involves multiple processes like Washing, Color making, Block making, Reverse printing, Multiple printing, boiling, drying, etc.

During the Workshop, first, take a village tour visiting different houses where each family is engaged in one of the processes of Block printing. Then, try our skills to make a beautiful block printed fabric using designer blocks under the supervision of Master artisan.

Walk through bustling markets loaded with selling colorful dresses, jewelry spices, and flowers. Vendors selling delicious Indian sweets and savory delicacies, Observe local artisans in their workshops; jewelers and silversmiths, gold and silver foil makers and meet with the native residents.

Explore bustling craft bazaar, housing wedding card, bangle makers, gold and silver casters, gemstone traders; this market is truly an art lover’s delight

Visit a 150 years old private residence and join the family for a cup of tea in their beautifully decorated drawing room

Sample a large variety of Indian snacks like Samosa & Kachori. For those with a sweeter tooth, try some local sweets of Jaipur like Mal Pua & Rabri.

Visit a deserted historic Haveli decked with superb frescos, narrating the silent story of its once glorious past.

Take a walk in the bustling markets and shop for some colorful traditional outfits, turbans, perfumes, flowers, etc.

Later, you can enjoy a Bollywood movie show at the very famous Raj Mandir in Jaipur.

Day 07 Jaipur to Agra by road via Abhaneri & Fatehpur Sikri (Driving time approx.07hrs)

Breakfast at Hotel check out and drive towards Agra en-route visiting Abhaneri and Fatehpur Sikri.

Abhaneri is located approximately 95 km from Jaipur and is famous for Harshat Mata Temple and Chand Baori Step-well. Chanda Baori step-well is one of the biggest step-wells in India and was used to store water during ancient days to meet the requirements during summers. The famous Harshat Mata Temple is located right in front of this step-well

Continue the drive towards Fatehpur Sikri.

Arrive Fatehpur Sikri– It is a fortified city, which was built by Mughal Emperor Akbar in the 16th century. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city has several historic monuments, which exhibit Mughal magnificence. Some of the popular structures include the Tomb of Salim Chishti, the five-storied Panch Mahal, Buland Darwaza, etc. the city is a central portico having three entrance gates, and is called Horseshoe Gate. You can also explore other edifices such as Ibadat Khana, Mariam-uz-Zamani’s Palace, Naubat Khana, and Birbal’s House.

Agra the former capital of Hindustan is a city on the banks of the river Yamuna. Agra is one of the major tourist destinations in India. It forms the most famous tourist circuit, i.e. the Golden Triangle, along with Delhi and Jaipur. In early times, the city used to be the capital of Mughals. That is why the city is full of monuments, portraying splendid Mughal architecture.

The world of romance and eternal love personified in the epic love story of the emperor Shah Jahan and his beloved Mumtaz Mahal is woven into the mesmerizing Dance-Drama, Mohabbat the Taj.

Set in the 16th century, the dance-drama portrays the lavish lifestyle of the Mughal era. The highlight of the show is a replica of the Taj Mahal in Makrana marble weighing 8,500 kg with inlay work which presents various moods and shades, very similar to the original Taj Mahal. Day 08 In Agra

Early morning proceed to visit the famous Taj Mahal on Sunrise. It is one of the wonders of the world and is a famous mausoleum that was constructed by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal and is considered a symbol of their love. Taj Mahal is made out of white marble and is an amazing spectacle.

Everyone who visits Agra wishes to spend more time at the Taj Mahal. Unfortunately, neither there is a café or restaurant available inside the Taj Mahal complex, nor anyone is allowed to carry any eatables inside the Taj. We have identified a place where the guests can have a wonderful view of the Taj and at the same time, they can enjoy tea and coffee.

This is called "Tea with a view of Taj Mahal", first of its kind in the city. In this program, we take our guests to a rooftop where they can spend as much time as they want and have tea/coffee with light snacks.

Thereafter, visit the famous Agra Fort, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is another architectural marvel that houses various attractions like Jahangir Place, Khas Mahal, Diwan-e-Aam, and Diwan-e-Khas.

Also, visit the Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah -Some of the finest examples of architecture in the world; Agra is a historian's paradise. The Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah was constructed by the Mughal queen Nur Jahan between 1622 and 1628 where her father Itimad-ud-Daulah was buried. Itimad-ud-Daulah or Mirza Ghiyas-ud-din or Ghiyas Beg was an important man in the Mughal Empire.
