Day 01 Arrival at Delhi.

Upon your arrival at Delhi, you will be transferred to your new hotel. After freshening up you will head out for a tour across the Delhi. The first stop will be the Raj Ghat. Here you will seea memorial that is built in honour of Mahatma Gandhi. It has a black marble platform that remarks the leader’s cremation. You will also witness the Jama Masjid. It the largest mosque in India. It has an Indo-Islamic and Mughal fusion in its style and design. It was built by Shah Jahan in 1644. Then, you will be driven past Red Fort. The walls of the fort were built with red stone, hence it is called the Red Fort. However, in reality it is white. The fort has an octagonal shape and it took ten years to complete the fort. You will also be driven across Chandani Chowk. It is one of the oldest commercial markets in Delhi. People come here to buy goods for feasible prices.

Then, you will be taken to Qutb Minar in the afternoon. This minaret means “Pole” or “Axis” in Arabic. Alauddin Khilji tried to replicate the Qutub Minar. However, the project remained unfinished. Next stop will be the Humayun’s Tomb. This tomb is the first garden tomb in India. Taj Mahal was inspired from this tomb. Then, you will be visiting the India Gate. Day 02 Delhi to Jaipur.

Today morning you will be transferred to Jaipur by road. Check into your new hotel and afternoon is at leisure. Jaipur is a wondrous pink colored city that features palaces located in water too. It has several monuments that are part of World Heritage. In the evening, you will be shown another cooking demo at your hotel. After the demo, you can enjoy your meal. Overnight at Jaipur.

Day 03 Jaipur.

Today you will be taken for an outstanding tour for Jaipur. The first stop will be the Amer Fort. Here, you will go on a majestic elephant ride. This fort was once the capital of Kachhawa Rajputs. It is also the most romantic fort of all Rajput forts. Then, you will be taken to the Sheesh Mahal. It is also known as the “Mirror Palace”. It is filled with mirror works, colored stones, glass, and handmade paintings. Then, you will be taken to the Maharaja’s City Palace. This was built by Sawai Jai Singh II. It consists of small gateways that represent four seasons. Part of the palace is now a museum, the other part is the residence of royal families. The palace features the world’s largest sterling silver vessels. Then, you will head for the Jantar Mantar or the Observatory. It is a great instance of Ptolemaic positional astronomy. It features several instruments and is a sundial. You will also drive past Hawa Mahal. It is also called “Palace of Winds”. This palace doesn’t have a foundation and has fusion of Mughal and Rajput style. You will also drive past Pink Rose Residential and other business areas. Then, you will get to watch a puppet show at Narayan Niwas Palace followed by a delicious meal. Overnight at Jaipur.

Day 04 Jaipur to Agra.

Today, you will be taken to Fatehpur Sikri. It is a beautiful empire built by Mughal Emperor Akbar. Here, you will get to witness the Jama Masjid. It is the largest mosque in India. The name literally means “Friday Mosque”. It has a vast courtyard that can accommodate more than 30,000 people. Then, you will visit the Tomb of Salim Chisti. This wonderful tomb is constructed between a huge sandstone formations. It is made up of marble and is built in honour of the Sufi Saint, Salim Chisti. Then, you will be taken to the Panch Mahal. It has four floors whose size decreases consecutively. It has a pool, Anoop Talao. There are many more landmarks such as Jodha Bai’s Palace, Fatehpur Sikri Fort, Hiran Minar, King’s Gate, Daftar Kahna, and much more.

Day 05 Agra.

Today, you will go on another fantastic tour. The first stop will be the Taj Mahal. The name means “Crown of Palaces”. It is made up of complete ivory white marble. It 20 years to finish the monument. Then, you will visit the Agra Fort. It was an inspiration for Red Fort. The river Yamuna flowed across the fort once. Day 06 Departure.

Today you will be driven to the Delhi airport to board a flight for your onward journey.
