Day 01: Arrival at Bhubaneswar airport

Upon arrival at Bhubaneswar airport, you will meet with our airport representative, who will assist you from the Airport to your pre-booked hotel and he will also brief you about your tour.
Later if time allows you, you can follow the half day city tour including the famous temples like Rajarani, Mukteswar, and Brahmesar and Lingaraj.
Rajarani Temple is one of the most renowned and famous temples located near to Lingaraja Temple and it is maintained by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI). It was built in the 11th century and dedicated to Lord Shiva. Rajarani temple also called a love temple, because it contains the erotic carvings of couples and women.
Next visit to Mukteshwara temples which is also dedicated to Lord Shiva and it was built in the 10th century by the king of Somavamshi Dynasty. It is famous for its Kalinga style of architecture. Then you will be taken to Lingraja and Brahmesar temple, which was built in the 11th Century. It has been described as one of the finest examples of pure Hindu Temple. This temple is divided into four major parts, The Garba Griha (main sanctum), the hall of prayers, the hall of music and dance, the Bhoga (where devotees can get the Prasad of the Lord)
After visiting these temples come back to the hotel.

Day 02: Bhubaneswar – Bhitarkanika by road (170kms/ 5-6hrs approx.)

After breakfast check-out from your hotel and drive by road to Bhitarkanika, it is around 170km east from Bhubaneswar on the bank of Brahmani River. Bhitarkanika is a habitat of mangrove forest and also home of diverse flora and fauna. It is one of largest mangrove eco systems. Here you will find different species of wild animal and birds like, leopard car, hyena, wild boar, spotted deer, sambhar, salt water crocodile, migratory birds, Brahmini duck, pintail, sea eagle and etc.
On arrival at Khola you will take a boat cruise of 45 minutes to reach Dangamal, enjoy the mangrove forest and see the crocodiles on the both side of river during your boat cruise.
On arrival at Dangmal, you will check-in your forest lodge.
Overnight and dinner at forest lodge.

Day 03: Bhitarkanika- Mangrove jungle visit

Post breakfast you will take a boat cruise and enjoy a soft trekking inside the mangrove jungle after walking few kilometers , you will reach to the bird points, from there you can explore watch different species of birds and capture some beautiful photographs. Later you will be taken to the watch tower to view the wild animals grazing in the wide range of open space.
Later evening return back to your forest lodge and enjoy dinner with bonfire

Day 04: Bhitarkanika – Bhubaneswar by road (170kms/5-6hrs approx.)

Morning breakfast at forest guest house and later check-out and take a boat cruise to Khola which is an exit point.
From here you will drive by road to Bhubanesar en-route visit Cuttack city, which is famous for silver filigree work. Cuttack is considered as the judicial capital of Orisha because the high court is located here. It is also known as the silver city due to its history of 1000 years.
On arrival, you will be taken to a unit where craftsmen will be working. Here you will get a chance to have looked at their silver filigree work art. You can also visit some shops to purchase silver jewelry and ornaments.
On arrival, you will check-in your hotel.

Day 05: Bhubaneswar – Mangalajodi – Gopalpur by road (180kms/ 5-6hrs approx.)

Post breakfast you will visit Khandagir and Udaipur caves, which is famous for its Jain caves. These caves are located on tow adjacent hills called Udaygiri and Khandagiri. It is said that these caves were carved out as residential blocks of Jain monks. Here you will find 18 caves in Udaygiri hill and 15 caves in Khandagiri hill.
The Rani Gupha is the largest Gupha as it is two-storied. These caves contain beautiful sculptures of dancing women, royal entourage, and musical instruments. Here you will find different sculptures and inscribed in every cave.
Then continue drive to Gopalpur on the way you will be visiting Mangalajodi. It is located 75kms from Bhubaneswar. It is a small village which is located on the northern banks of Chilika Lake. A community of local people owned and managed wildlife conservation ventures here, which is become a famous ecotourism destination. It is also a paradise for bird lovers, during the winter it hosts more than 03 lakh birds in its marshy waters.
On arrival, you will have a boat cruise on Chilika lake where you will explore wildlife and can take some beautiful photographs of migratory birds.
Later continue to drive by road to Gopalpur. Gopalpur is an ancient commercial port and it was used for trading to southeast Aisa country like Burma (Myanmar). Now it is famous for its beach and the annual Gopalpur beach festival is held here.
On arrival, you will check-in your hotel and relax or you can explore the Gopalpur beach, including the Gopalpur light house

Day 06: Gopalpur – Raghurajpur – Puri by road (180kms/ 4-5hrs approx.)

Early morning you can walk around the beautiful beaches of Gopalpur and return to hotel for breakfast. Later you will drive by road to Puri and en-route you will be visiting Raghurajpur an artisan village. This heritage crafts village is Odisha’s best known for its Pattachitra art. This art form is used to decorate Lord Universe (Jagannath) and his siblings. Apart from the Pattachitra art, this village people are involved to make some other products like palm leaf engravings, stone carvings, wooden toys, tusser paintings.
Enjoy the walking in the village, where you will find beautiful paintings of god and goddess in the wall of every house, which debates to Hindu mythology.
After visiting this heritage village of Orissa, continue drive to Puri. On arrival you will check-in your hotel and relax.
You can also spend some quality time on the golden beach of Puri.

Day 07: Puri – Konark – Puri by road (40kms/2hrs)

Morning breakfast at hotel.
Later visit Jagannath temple, which is an important Hindu temple, dedicated to Lord Jagannath another form of Vishnu. The temple was built by king Indradyunma and later it was rebuilt in the 10th century. This temple is also famous for its annual Rath Yatra (Chariot festival). After visiting this temple continue to drive to Konark and en-route you will be visiting Ramchandi Temple and Chandrabagha beach.
On arrival in Konark, you will be visiting the famous Konark Sun Temple, which was built in the 13th century by King Narashimhadeva. It is dedicated lord Surya and the temple complex has the appearance of 100 feet. it is said earlier it was 200 feet high, but now most of the temple part has been ruined. This temple is also known as Black Pagoda because its great tower appeared black.
After visiting Sun temple return to your hotel in Puri and evening visit to beach market of Puri.

Day 08: Puri – Bhubaneswar airport departure (60kms/ 2hrs approx.)

Morning drive back to Bhubaneswar and transfer to airport for onwards journey.
