Day 01 Arrival in Delhi

On your arrival to the capital city, you will be welcomed by our representative and will be escorted to your pre-booked hotel. Check-in to your hotel and freshen up. As you would not have a lot of time left, you can go on and explore the local markets and areas around your hotel on your own or you can even sit back and take-off all your tiredness for a memorable trip ahead of you. Day 02 Sightseeing of Delhi

This morning after having a scrumptious breakfast, kick start your day with some sightseeing and local area tour. Today you will visit the New and the Old Delhi. The ambience, appearance and the culture of these two parts of Delhi are absolutely poles apart, yet both of them retain an immense sense of history in them. The Old Delhi is a captivating amalgamation of ancient and historic monuments, narrow streets and vibrant markets, which you can experience for yourself. When in Old Delhi you can visit the imposing Red Fort, which stands straight as a powerful reminder of the glories of the Mughal dynasty. You can likewise visit the Raj Ghat, which was the site of Mahatma Gandhi’s cremation in 1948. This place is away from all the hustle and bustle of old Delhi. For a spiritual visit you can go on and explore the Jama Masjid which is the largest mosque in India and finally can head straight to Chandni Chowk which serves to be the famous market for spices, inexpensive jewelry, fabrics, electronics and several popular products. After filling your tummy with some local delicacies, you can head straight to explore the marvels of the New Delhi. Day 03 Delhi to Mandawa by road

Day 04 Mandawa to Bikaner by road.

Post having a hearty breakfast, you can continue your trip by having a road drive to Bikaner. Check in at the hotel on your arrival. The city is adorned with gigantic and spectacular forts and palaces that tell the world about the grandeur of its rulers. Day 05 Camel Festival Bikaner

Post having a filling breakfast, you can go on and indulge yourself in an experience like none other. The Camel Fair of Bikaner is organized by the Department of Tourism, Art and Culture, every year in the month of January (check with us for the exact dates). The festival is celebrated in honor of the ship of the desert, Camel. The festivals mark the courage of these animals you live and experience extreme climates all around the year. It is more than just a trade festival. Since the era of the founder of the city Rao Bika Ji, Bikaner is the only camel breeding region. The camel corps are known as “Ganga Risala” and have served in the world wars and Indo-Pak wars. Indian army still maintains a regiment where these brave animals loyally service in the Border Security Force. The Camel Festival in Bikaner is a two-day affair and you can enjoy both the days if your schedule permits you. When at the festival sight you can experience the grand colorful parade of beautifully adorned camels against the backdrop of majestic Junagarh Fort. In this parade, camels are dressed in vibrant bridles, traditional necklace and heavy anklets which show off their wonderful footwork to the lovely tunes on desert sands. You can also enjoy a wide range of camel races, camel games and other cultural performances. Day 06 Bikaner – Jaisalmer by road

After having witnessed the magnificent fort and temple of Bikaner, it is now time for you to enjoy some sand dunes. This morning after breakfast, you can continue your journey by driving to Jaisalmer. Day 07 Sight seeing of Jaisalmer

After a delicious breakfast, on the sixth day of your trip, you will be devoting this day to a full day sightseeing of the city Jaisalmer. Jaisalmer is a city that lies at the center of the Thar Desert. All the places and monuments built here are built out of yellow sandstone that showcases the beautiful art of carvings done by skilled craftsmen of the bygone era. You can visit the Jaisalmer fort which also appears in the list of UNESCO world heritage sites and has the status of being the oldest existing fort. You can also visit the majestic and royal mansions or merchant’s houses. These are richly decorated and carved from golden yellow sandstone. Later in the day you can visit the Jain Temples, the Patwon-ki-haveli and the Nathmalji-ki-haveli. Go for a visit to the sand dunes. Keep your evening free to sit back and relax at the Gadisar Lake which is a large natural oasis. Overnight stay at Jaisalmer.

Day 08 Jaisalmer to Jodhpur by road

This morning, after breakfast, start for your road drive to the city of Jodhpur, also known as the Blue City. It is the second largest city in Rajasthan which is sanding at the edge of the Thar Desert having its own charismatic aura. After your check-in process, head straight to visit and explore the Mehrangarh Fort, which is one of the most impressive of forts in the state of Rajasthan. You can also visit the Jaswant Thada which is a gem of late nineteenth-century fine architecture. Keep your evening free to visit the Mandore Gardens that are famous for its exquisite sculptures. Day 09 Jodhpur to Udaipur by road.

After breakfast, start for your journey to the most romantic city in Rajasthan, Udaipur. The city has a lot of famous breathtaking palaces and lakes. On arrival, complete your check-in process and keep your evening free to enjoy a boat ride on the placid waters of Lake Pichola – a treat for all incurable romantics. Day 10 Sightseeing of Udaipur

This morning, wake up to a romance filled beautiful day. Get ready to do the sightseeing of Udaipur. The city has been named after Rana Udai Singh, the ruler of Mewar. When in Udaipur, you can visit the glimmering City Palace, Saheliyon ki Bari, Monsoon Palace, Meera Kala Mandir which has a lot of Rajasthani folk dances intact, Ekhlakji Shiva Temple, Nathdura and more such places. Day 11 Udaipur to Deogarh by road.

Day 12 Deogarh to Jaipur by road.

This day you will drive straight to the pink city of India, Jaipur. As the drive is a long one, you will reach the pink city during the early evening. If you are not tired and want to explore the place a bit, you can go for an evening stroll around the local colorful markets of the city. The markets have a lot of fabulous local handicrafts on display that will leave you spellbound. Overnight stay at the hotel in Jaipur.

Day 13 Sightseeing of Jaipur

After an early breakfast start your day and explore the city. Jaipur which is also called the “Pink City” evokes royalty. The city has a lot of well-maintained gardens, courtyards and museums; part of it is still a royal residence. When in the city you can visit the Diwan-E-Am or Kali Temple, Jai Mandir or the hall of victory to see its inlaid panels and mirror ceiling, before visiting Sukh Niwas. After having lunch, you can go on a visit the Maharaja’s City Palace, Jantar Mantar Observatory and the Amer fort. In the evening, stop for a photo at Hawa Mahal and Jal Mahal. Day 14 Jaipur to Agra by road.

Today, drive down to Agra, a place which evokes a lot of history. En-route you can visit the Fatehpur Sikri which is a deserted red sandstone city built by Mughal ruler Akbar. Later you can visit the Bulund Darwaza, which is the largest gateway in the world. In the afternoon, post lunch, visit the Agra Fort, and the Taj Mahal which is an UNESCO approved sight and also one of the new seven wonders of the world. The Mahal was built by the Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Overnight stay at the hotel in Agra.

Day 15 Agra to Delhi by road.

In the morning you can visit the local markets of the city Agra and by some souvenirs. The place also has some amazing gardens and sightseeing marvels which one can witness. Later in the afternoon, you can leave for Delhi. After reaching Delhi, check-in at the hotel and go on exploring the Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, a famous Sikh Gurudwara. Day 16 Delhi to Home by flight.
