There are so many places to visit in Delhi, you may get confused about which one to visit and the ones to omit. On this day your journey will start from Old Delhi. Founded in 1639 by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan, Old Delhi is famous for its narrow lanes and rich history. Next, you will be driven to the Raj Ghat, a memorial dedicated to the father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi. You will also visit the museum and pass by the magnificent Red Fort as well as ChandniChowk. Your next destination would be Jama Masjid. Built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, it is one of the largest mosque in India. Bustling activities is the essence of the city and to enjoy it, you could optionally take a rickshaw ride in ChandniChowk. On day 3, our Rajasthan Heritage and Culture Tour Packages we will drive you from Delhi to Agra. The former capital of Hindustan, Agra is situated on the banks of river Yamuna. Also familiar as Akbarabad, Agra is the major tourist destination of India. In the afternoon, you will be taken to the allure of the land, TajMahal. Built in the memory of the beautiful wife of Shah Jahan, now, it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the ‘New Seven Wonders of the World ’. Capture the glory of the magnificent monument that is synonymous to love. Note that TajMahal is closed on Fridays.
Your next destination will be Agra Fort. Constructed in the 16th Century during the Mughal dynasty, it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is popular for its architectural structure. Once your visit of FatehpurSikri is completed, you will be driven to Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. On day 5, you will start your journey from Amer fort, the royal architecture of Jaipur. Located on a hill, the fort is also known as Amer Palace. Raja Man Singh constructed this splendid fort with red sand-stone and marble. Divided into four different sections, the main entrance gate is enriched with a fascinating architecture. There is a temple of Goddess Sila Devi near the Ganesh Gate. Next, you will be driven to the Diwan-e-Aam, Diwan-e-Khas , Sheesh Mahal and SukhNiwas. You can opt to ascend the fort on an elephant's back or in a jeep.
In Jaipur, first you will be taken to the Maharaja palace, a marvelous palace along with seven floors as well as JantarMantar, the observatory. To make this fort more beautiful, Maharaja Dungar Singh added a touch of western style in the eighteenth century.
With thick wall, thirty seven pavilions, large balconies, thirty feet wide moat and designer windows, it will mesmerize you. Jaisalmer is famous for yellow sand, fascinating places, marvelous mansions, Jain temples, camel safaris, and many more. To take a break from the city life, you can camp in the desert. During the morning, your first travel destination would be Jaisalmer Fort, the oldest living fort that gets the name ‘the Golden Fort’ or ‘Sonar Quila’. In this 2 century fort, you will find a blend of Indian architecture with Military designs. The palaces of Maharawals are famous for the wooden carvings, which attracts travelers from all over the world. You will also see a 5 floor Tazia Tower here.
Your next destination would be the mansions ( havelis) of the land. SalimJi Ki Haveli is famous for the yellow sandstone, and the carved pillars that are painted with beautiful ornaments of Gold as well as silver. On day 9, you will be driven from Jaisalmer to Manvar. Inhabited by Rajputs, Shergarh consists of a number of villages and is located in the Thar Desert. Within 15 kilometers from Moti Singh’s private farm, no source of natural drinking water was available there. Moti Singh’s father ordered to dig a 100 ft. bore well. Moti Singh Rathore created Manvar that symbolizes the desert hospitality. And nowadays, it is one of the desert destinations that are popular for its culture as well as for preserving culture, local heritage, flora and fauna. Spend a day on the back of the camel to witness the beauty of their lifestyle. Overnight is in the royal city of Manvar.

Today morning, you will be taken to Jodhpur, the Sun City or the Blue city as well as the second largest city in Rajasthan. It was the former capital of Marwar kingdom that was named after its founder RaoJodha, who established this city in 1459. Along with the trading centre for copper, silk, and opium; it is also popular for fairs, festivals. If you are a foodie, you would obviously relish the Jodhpur sweets.
In the afternoon, you will be driven to the largest fort of India, Meherangarh fort. Situated at an altitude of 120 meters, this fort is famous for its thick walls. Built by Raja Sur Singh, MotiMahal( palace of pearls) is one of the marvelous palaces situated in the fort. Next, you will be taken to PhoolMahal( palace of flowers) – a private chamber of pleasure.
You will also visit JaswantThada, a structure constructed out of polished and thin sheets of marble that offers a heavenly touch when sunlight falls over it. Your travel will continue to Umaid Public Gardens that houses the Government Museum. Overnight is in the blue city of Rajasthan, Jodhpur.

On day 11, you will be transferred from Jodhpur to Rohetgarh. A bastion of the Champawat Clan, Rohetgarh Fort is situated beside a beautiful lake. To observe their way of living, book a safari. The Bishnois not only worship the beautiful black buck but also are responsible for the survival of these beautiful deer. You can opt for a bird watching tour. You can also experience camel safari. Today morning, you will be taken from Rohet to Mt Abu. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Mt Abu, the oasis in the desert and a popular mountain retreat, was previously familiar as Arbudaanchal or Arbudaranya. The lush green forests, waterfalls, rivers, and lakes make it one of the top destinations. You will also visit several lakes and temples. Made of marble, Dilwara Jain Temples are wonderful places to visit. Spend the night in Mount Abu.
The morning tour we will take you to various temples in Mt. Abu. Carved out of rock, Adhar Devi is a must visit Hindu temple here. Next, you will be driven to the Achalgarh Fort, and the Nakkilake. The highlight of your tour is the Dilwara Jain Temples. Each of the temple is dedicated to a Jain God. VimalVasahi is dedicated to the first Tirthankara while Luna Vasahi is dedicated to the 22nd Tirthankara. Moreover, Pithalhar is dedicated to the first Tirthankara and Parshvanath is dedicated to the 23rd Tirthankara. And last but not the least; Mahavir Swami is dedicated to the last Jain Tirthankara. Today, you will be taken from Mt Abu to Udaipur. En route you will stop at Ranakpur and have a glance at the Jain temples that are made during 15th century. Next, you will be driven to Chamukha temple of Ranakpur. Made of marble and composed of more than twenty halls and 1444 pillars; this temple is dedicated to the first Tirthankara, Adinathji. You will also visit the Jain temple as well as the Surya temple.
Founded by Rana Udai Singh, Udaipur is popular as the City of Lakes, or the Venice of the East. This place has historical value for it warriors and Rajputs. Familiar as Suryavanshis or descendants of Sun God, the rulers from this dynasty have the Sun as their insignia. Dedicated to Lord Vishnu, this stunning temple represents a blend of Indo-Aryan style. You will also be taken to places including Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir, and Sahelionki Bari.
