This spice is a best friend for you if you have a high blood sugar problem. For health-conscious people this spice has another benefit, it not only provides immunity, flavor to your food, and reduces anxiety, it also makes food naturally sweet. 
 
Cinnamon not only provides a sweet flavor to the food but it also helps in lowering the blood sugar levels for the ones who have type 2 diabetes. Moreover, it keeps your heart healthy by reducing high blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
 
2. Turmeric:
 
Turmeric is commonly used in Indian cuisine. Turmeric is also used to prevent inflammatory problems. There is a component in turmeric named curcumin which helps prevent the problem of inflammation in the body.

3. Ginger:

5. Holy Basil:
 
The other name of holy basil is Tulsi - a herb for all reasons. This herb has many benefits. The experimental name of this holy basil is Ocimum sanctum. 
 
A regular intake of tulsi (holy basil), will make your immune system strong and also help in normalizing blood glucose and blood pressure. Also, tulsi helps in preventing problems related to skin and hair.
 
So these are some of the herbs and spices which help in making you healthy. Adding these amazing all-natural herbs and spices to your daily diet will give you amazing changes and very strong immunity. After all, a healthy body leads to a healthy mind which indeed leads to a longer life.
 
I usually intake these herbs and spices in my daily life in some way or the other like Masala tea or Ginger-Tulsi tea in the morning and then Turmeric-Almond milk at night before bed. If I am not in the mood for tea, then I usually take a clove of finely chopped garlic with a spoon full of honey. This not only boosts my immunity but is also considered a superfood in the ancient Egyptian and Indian books. These herbs and spices genuinely help me in making my immune system strong as well as keeps me healthy.
