A traditional travel agent will help you and available 24*7 to answer your questions before and after your trip. Instead of holding your phones for hours, you can opt for a traditional travel agent who will be able to answer your questions in less time and also be able to resolve your problems quickly as they are professional in this field.
Many people complain about the customer service of OTA’s as the customer needs to wait on the phone for hours to resolve his problem.

Online Travel Agencies (OTA’s) provide you better prices when you search on their websites. But do you know, these prices fluctuate day by day and even after every hour.
If you are using the traditional travel agent, he/she will always try to give you the right price and also try to give you the best deal. There are many deals whose information is not available on the online platforms, the traditional travel agent will provide you some exclusive deals and offers as well.
